The Swedish Security Service´s website contains information about the Service´s activities. Information on our remit and how we carry out our work has been supplemented with facts regarding the areas of activity. The website has gathered the publications issued since 2000 and there is an opportunity for the public to submit information to the Service via an online form.
It is our hope that this website will be a tool to increase knowledge of the Swedish Security Service and its activities and that this, in turn, will lead to a better understanding of, and greater confidence in, the Service´s work. It is our aim that this information be available to as many as possible and we have therefore made an effort to make it as user-friendly and accessible as possible. The website has been constructed using the guidelines put down by the Verva 24-hour web model. Information is provided in Swedish and in English, as well as in the most frequent immigrant and minority languages.
The website uses the standards xhtml 1.0 and CSS2 and has been adapted to a 1024x768 screen resolution.
