New publication describes Security Service activities in 2006
2007-05-08 |
Our new publication “Swedish Security Service 2006", is a presentation of our activities over the past year. Descriptions of certain events are complemented by general information on our activities and statistics from the past two years. By describing what we do, and how and why we do it, we want to increase public knowledge of and confidence in our work.
For the second year running, we have chosen to present our activities in the form of a yearbook. Case studies are interwoven with descriptions of our organisation and areas of activity, our ongoing reform process and the threats against Sweden. This easily accessible publication aims to increase public knowledge of our work. It is hoped that this will contribute to strengthening confidence in our Service, as this is in itself one of our overriding objectives.
